The Stand-In

Apples Finnerty (The brilliant Danny Glover) stars as an out of work film director searching for purpose after his big film career fails. After a “benevolent stranger” tries to double cross him, Apples assumes their identity to escape his own circumstances. The stand-in soon learns his new identity isn’t all it's cracked out to be.
